Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite lovely with a breathtaking view from the room and a lovely balcony to enjoy it with. The rooms were comfortable, especially with the balcony and view, making the bed very inviting. The service was very friendly and welcoming, and I found the location excellent, away from the hustle and bustle, offering tranquility. The dining experience could have been better with more variety, and the facilities were basic but adequate for a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet with a fantastic view, but they needed some maintenance. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members being very welcoming and others not so much. The location was great for watching the Panama Canal but lacked some liveliness. The dining options were good, but timing was crucial to enjoy the full selection. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were old and could use some renovation, but they were very well air-conditioned, which could be a bit chilly for some. The view of the oil storage tanks was interesting, but the pool was dirty and unstaffed, which was disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with separate living and bedrooms, but they could have been more comfortable. The location was perfect, right beside the marina, the bridge, and the canal, ideal for exploring. However, the dining options were limited and not the best value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, albeit a bit worn down, with a slight damp smell upon entry that quickly dissipates. The price might be considered slightly high, especially as breakfast is not included. The service is a mix of lacking enthusiasm for the job with friendly check-in interactions. The location is cool on the canal but somewhat out of the way, making it ideal for certain visits like the Balboa Yacht Club next door. Dining is a mixed bag with cold food despite friendly staff, but with a changing daily selection. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
